INDIAN LAKE FALL FESTIVAL 2010 APPLICATION

Please fill out the application and mail it to the address at the bottom, along with your payment of $90.00 (Non refundable fee) for your reservation.  This fee will entitle you to be a craft vendor and exempt you from camping fees for Friday and Saturday only. If wanting to set up the Thursday prior to the festival, the charge would be an additional $15.00, therefore, instead of $90.00 it would be a total of $105.00.

Make checks payable to I.L.D.C.  The entry deadline is June 15, 2010, no exceptions!  Due to limited office help, applications will NOT be accepted until April 1st, 2010.

All Profit Food Vendors and Non-Profit Food Vendors- An entry fee of $50.00, payable to I.L.D.C., is due upon acceptance. Please mail to the park office prior to the festival. Also please return 10% of your gross income OR a minimum of $150.00, whichever is higher, for the weekend to the park office within seven days after the festival.

 

Vendors assigned to non-electric grass areas: Please pay the $50.00 entry fee for the entire weekend. Send checks to the main park office prior to the festival.  Make checks payable to I.L.D.C.

Please submit the above application. DO NOT SEND A CHECK..  New applicants will be selected as openings occur and for the uniqueness of your craft.  We will contact you as soon after June 15th as possible if you are chosen and you can send in payment for your reservation at that time.
