Cottages 1 and 2 are Lakefront with a boat dock.
Cottage 3 is on a hill with a view of the lake and includes a boat dock.

All cottages include appliances, air conditioning, a microwave oven, dishes, Direct tv and a futon. Each cottage has its own picnic table, boat dock, gas grill, and fire ring. Tall trees provide wonderful shade.

RV Pad with electric is also available to rent 


Cottage Details:


All cottages are located on a channel around the bend from Froggy's and The Tilton Hilton.

Cottage 1: Waterfront, 2 bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other with a double bed. Includes A/C, Direct TV, a spacious living area, efficient kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. A futon is included on the enclosed porch to accommodate two.

Cottage 2: Waterfront, 2 bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other with a double bed. Includes A/C, Direct TV, a futon, cozy living room, large kitchen and a bathroom with shower.Also includes an enclosed porch.


Cottage 3: Sits on a hill overlooking Indian Lake. 10-15 second walk down to your boat dock. 2 bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other with a double bed. Includes A/C, Direct TV, a spacious living room, nice size kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Features a futon for two, picnic table, and a large yard.

From 33 West

Take 33 W to Huntsville Exit – Route 117. Follow 117 seven miles. Turn left onto 235. Approximately 2 miles turn left at Sassafras Point (Newland’s Resort).

From I-75

Take I-75 to Exit 102 Route 274 (Jackson Center). Follow 274 through Jackson Center to 235. Follow 235 N to Sassafras Point (about 8 miles). Turn right at Sassafras Point to Newland’s Resort.
