1…….2…….3……Styles to choose from Cottages 1 and 2 are Channel front with a boat dock. Cottage 3 is on a hill with large yard, a view of the channel and includes a boat dock.
All cottages have dishes and silverware provided. Each cottage has a picnic table, boat dock, gas grill, and fire ring.
RV Pad with electric is also available to rent. $40/night with electric
Cottages Details
Cottage 1: Sits on the channel & has a boat dock. 2 bedrooms (one bedroom comes with a queen size bed, the other has a full size bed). Spacious living area and includes 50" Roku tv, WIFI, Spectrum service and A/C. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffeemaker. Cottage 3: Sits on a hill overlooking a channel on Indian Lake approximately 100 feet from the water. This cottage includes a boat dock and large yard. Large living area includes leather sofa and loveseat with 50" Roku tv, WIFI & Spectrum service. 2 bedrooms (one with a queen and 1 with a full size bed). Kitchen area includes dining table and chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffeemaker. Porch area is screened in with a view of the channel. Bathroom includes a standup shower. POLICIES
Reservation Policy
Deposit of 50% of the total is due at the time of reservation. Final payment will be charged to your credit card on the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund of amount paid (minus $50 service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check in. NO REFUND of the amount paid if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Take I-75 to Exit 102 Route 274 (Jackson Center). Follow 274 through Jackson Center to 235. Follow 235 N to Sassafras Point (about 8 miles). Turn right at Sassafras Point to Newland’s Resort.
